Car free: New inner city concept for Hanover

A car-free inner city by 2035, that's how Belit Onay of the Green Party ran for election in Hanover (Lower Saxony) in 2019. Four years later, the plans of the current mayor are becoming concrete. Hannover's cityscape will change in the coming years and there will be significantly fewer cars on the roads.
