The federal government and the state of Schleswig-Holstein have provided around 700 million euros in funding for the new Northvolt battery factory. The symbolic ground-breaking ceremony takes place today, Monday. Federal Chancellor Scholz and Federal Economics Minister Habeck are also invited.
