Crimea: Russian fleet apparently withdraws

Ukrainian forces have apparently expelled the Russian Black Sea Fleet from its headquarters in Sevastopol. This is reported by the "Wall Street Journal". Satellite images probably show that many warships have been moved east from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk. Earlier, British Secretary of State for Defense James Heappey had spoken of the Russian fleet being "functionally defeated."
