Lula "upset" about failed meeting with Zelensky

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva wanted to meet his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Hiroshima, but the meeting did not take place due to "scheduling reasons". Lula stated that the incident had left him "upset".
