Michael Sponsel from Sulzbach-Rosenberg (Bavaria) is an astrophotographer. His hobby is to make fascinating objects visible with a lot of patience and the right technology that the night sky holds, if you know where to find them. From a trip to Namibia, where the conditions for astrophotography are optimal, the Upper Palatinate has brought impressive shots.
