The new Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series - Orange as an exclusive contrast color

"The proximity to the AMG GT3 and AMG GT4 racing cars is visually and technically stronger than ever before. This already begins with the new, significantly larger cooling air intake, which comes directly from the AMG GT3 racing car. The radiator grille bears vertical struts in dark chrome. Because the wheel arch radiators now also have direct airflow via the central inlet, the two additional external air inlets in the front apron have been eliminated. Here, sickle-shaped flics optimize the air flow, which not only increases downforce on the front axle but also improves brake cooling. The air curtains direct the airflow specifically in the direction of the wheels. Together with the flics in front of the wheels, the drag coefficient was reduced and the downforce increased. The new design language thus combines maximum cooling air efficiency at the front with lower drag and increased downforce. The interior concept emphasises the top position of the AMG GT Black Series: Exclusive nappa leather is combined with sporty DINAMICA microfibre in black and orange contrasting stitching. The instrument panel and the redesigned lightweight door panels, which are now fitted with pull-straps instead of handles, are covered with black DINAMICA microfibre. Further orange contrasting decorative seams, matt black carbon trim elements and the Night Package interior also set striking accents. The AMG bucket seats made of carbon (not available for the USA, Canada and China) combine low weight with optimum lateral support. In the USA, Canada and China, the Black Series comes with AMG performance seats as standard. The interior is also optionally available with contrasting seams in grey. "
