The new Audi A3 allstreet - Smart assistance systems for city and long-distance

Already as standard, the A3 allstreet offers a high level of safety. Audi pre sense front, the evasion and turning assistant as well as the lane departure warning help to avoid accidents with other road users. For increased driving comfort, the adaptive driving assistant supports longitudinal and lateral guidance and has been supplemented with the function of assisted lane change. The system takes over accelerating, braking, and steering on partial sections up to 210 km/h, and from speeds of 90 km/h on highways, it also takes over the assisted lane change. It can be activated via the MMI and indicates based on the data from the rear radar with white arrows in the instrument cluster and in the head-up display whether and in which direction a lane change is possible. If this is initiated by tapping the turn signal, the system actively supports the steering process.
