Barça in dispute with ter Stegen: Rettig speaks out

FC Barcelona initiated disciplinary proceedings against Marc-André ter Stegen on Tuesday. DFB managing director Andreas Rettig commented cautiously on the dispute between the national goalkeeper and his club, but hopes that the Catalans will appropriately honor the goalkeeper's merits.
