UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer says the death of Liverpool football star Diogo Jota is "devastating news". The Liverpool forward Diogo Jota and his brother died in a car crash in northwestern Spain, weeks after the Portugal star got married and sparking a flood of tributes. Starmer delivered the remarks during a media Q&A after delivering a speech in which he unveiled his government's 10-year plan for the country's National Health Service. SOUNDBITE
