English top club Chelsea will be without center back Thiago Silva (38) for the Champions League round of 16 second leg against Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund. As the Blues announced on Tuesday, the captain of the Brazilian national team has suffered a ligament injury in the knee and is out for the time being.
