Prince Harry arrives at a UK court to attend an appeal in his fight against a government decision to downgrade his personal security when he visits Britain. The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded to the Japanese anti-nuclear group Nihon Hidankyo, a grassroots movement of atomic bomb survivors from Hiroshima and Nagasaki, also known as Hibakusha.
