A REACH Air Medical helicopter crashed on Highway 50 in Sacramento, California, on October 6, critically injuring three people on board. The aircraft came down near 59th Street, forcing a full closure of the eastbound side of the freeway. Officials confirmed that no vehicles were struck, and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
