Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says his country is willing to "take the necessary steps for peace", ahead of talks between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul. "Naturally the starting point should be a ceasefire and humanitarian actions," Zelensky says, speaking at the Vilnius summit of NATO's eastern flank leaders. SOUNDBITE
