British Prime Minister Keir Starmer welcomes NATO chief Mark Rutte at Downing Street for talks on Ukraine and European security, following a meeting of Kyiv's allies. The 50-strong Ukraine Defence Contact Group meeting saw Germany say it will launch a new "deep-strike initiative" to provide Ukraine with "several thousand long-range drones" to help it repel Russia's invasion. British Defence Minister John Healey also said the UK would continue sending one-way attack drones "vital for Ukraine's defence". IMAGES
