Kenyan Foreign Minister Musalia Mudavadi says Tanzanian authorities have released a prominent activist, Boniface Mwangi, who rights groups say had been "held incommunicado" since May 19 in the East African country. He was among activists who had travelled to Dar es Salaam to show solidarity with opposition leader Tundu Lissu during his court appearance over charges of treason. SOUNDBITE
