The naval forces of Russia and China officially began their fourth joint military exercise in the waters and airspace around Zhanjiang on Monday. The opening ceremony took place in the southern Chinese port city on Sunday. Earlier, NATO allies had referred to Beijing as a "decisive supporter" of the war in Ukraine.
