Autonomous Printing and Sustainable Technologies

Nearly 840 billion euros were still generated in the printing industry in 2023 worldwide. Printing is by no means dead - even though newspapers have been reducing their circulations for years. Around four million people work in the industry - there could be many more, as can be seen at drupa, the world's largest and most important trade fair for printing and paper. The shortage of skilled workers and the lack of simple workers are driving one thing above all: automation.
