Schlagermove 2024: Numerous streets in Hamburg closed

Germany's largest Schlager parade, the Schlagermove, takes place in Hamburg this weekend. On Saturday, 47 colorful trucks will parade through the city center. As a result, numerous streets will be closed from 12 noon. The parade will start around 3 pm on Glacischaussee and will move through Helgoländer Allee, St. Pauli Hafenstraße, and the Reeperbahn. The last truck is expected back at Heiligengeistfeld by 8:30 pm. Last year, around 400,000 Schlager fans paraded through the city.
