In Russia's Far East near China, Typhoon "Khanun" has triggered heavy rains. Hundreds of people had to be evacuated from Ussuriysk after a dam broke north of Vladivostok. Several towns in the Primorye region are cut off from the outside world. So far, there have been no reports of deaths or injuries.
