New details emerge about the missing submersible of Oceangate in the North Atlantic. Former Oceangate marine operations manager David Lochridge was reportedly fired after expressing safety concerns. Lochridge also allegedly pushed for an external certification of the capsule's carbon fiber shell. In the subsequent legal dispute, Lochridge leveled serious accusations against the company.
