Mark Milley, the highest-ranking U.S. general, has warned against exaggerated hopes for a timely military victory of Ukraine. After all, despite setbacks, Russia still has a significant fighting force in Ukraine, Milley stressed at a press conference. "The likelihood of a Ukrainian military victory - defined as kicking the Russians out of all of Ukraine, including Crimea - is not very high in military terms," Milley said.
