Just under two years ago, a nationwide cap on residents' parking was dropped - increasing the leeway of states and cities. However, the German Environmental Aid Association (Deutsche Umwelthilfe) has drawn a sobering conclusion. The association believes that fatter fees would be particularly appropriate for large cars.
