Viehscheid near Bolsterlang: First alp leaves the mountain with 38 animals towards the valley

End and over, is the alpine summer on the alp Ornach near Bolsterlang. Even before the big Viehscheid, the shepherds of Alpe Ornach in Bolsterlang have moved with their 38 animals into the valley on Saturday afternoon. The alp is located at 1,390 meters above sea level, just below the middle station of the Hörnerbahn cable car near Bolsterlang. Since the animals of the alpine dairy farm survived the summer without any accidents, one animal was decorated with a wreath. The alp Dornach is the first alp in the Allgäu, which already leaves the mountain.
