Thunderstorms and heavy rain moves over the Upper Allgäu

Already on Monday afternoon, the first thunderstorms also moved over the Upper Allgäu. Starting in the south, the first thunderstorm cells moved over Kleinwalsertal and Oberstdorf. A little later, a thunderstorm front moved eastward over Missen and Immenstadt. There was sudden heavy rain, isolated roadsides were flooded for a short time. Isolated thunderstorm cells occurred again and again. Around 18:15, a larger thunderstorm cell passed over Kempten.
