Marc Jacobs has taken to Instagram to share a picture of his face wrapped in bandages, with drains to remove excess blood, after a facelift.
Driving tests in NRW canceled

Due to a strike, some driving tests are canceled today in NRW. Examiners demand 7.5 percent more pay or at least 330 euros per month. In Essen, several hundred employees of TÜV Nord demonstrated for their concerns. Negotiations between employer and employee are still pending as both sides are far apart.
