Jeep® starts production of the new Compass at the Stellantis Melfi plant

Jeep® starts production of the new Compass, the third generation of the globally successful SUV. The model has become an important pillar of the brand in Europe and internationally, having sold more than 2.5 million units so far. Based on the state-of-the-art STLA Medium platform, the new Compass combines unique Jeep design features, advanced technology, and top performance. Customers can choose between different types of propulsion – from efficient hybrid to fully electric models – depending on their individual needs. It combines stylish, distinctive Jeep looks with generous interior space and high flexibility. Customers can choose from a wide range of propulsion options: from the 107KW (145PS) eHybrid to the 143KW (195PS) plug-in hybrid and up to fully electric versions with up to 315KW (375 PS), all-wheel drive, and a range of up to 650 km.
