In the Alfa Romeo Junior Veloce, a newly developed hybrid synchronous motor is used for the first time, realizing a maximum speed of 15,200. The power is 207 kW (280 hp), the maximum torque is 345 Newton meters. The new powertrain was jointly developed by the engineers of Alfa Romeo, Stellantis Engineering Propulsion Systems, and Emotors. The new Alfa Romeo Junior Veloce accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 200 km/h. The lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 54 kWh enables a range of around 400 kilometers in the WLTP cycle. When fast charging at 100 kW (DC), the battery pack is charged from ten to 80 percent in less than 30 minutes.
