The flooding in Lower Saxony and Bremen is slowly receding. The full extent of the damage is still unknown – even in agriculture. Farmers anticipate crop losses and additional costs. Lower Saxony's Minister of Agriculture, Miriam Staudte, was in Grasberg near Bremen on Wednesday to assess the situation on the ground.
