French President Emmanuel Macron leaves the gallery dedicated to French photographer and anthropologist Pierre Fatumbi Verger in the Brazilian city of Salvador, before greeting the crowd gathered for his visit as he heads to the cultural center "Maison du Bénin". The president is in Brazil to advocate for a "reimagined transatlantic relationship" involving South America and Africa, before he is set to attend COP30 in Belem. IMAGES
