Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck has announced his candidacy for the Greens' lead candidate for the next federal election - and is also ready to serve as Chancellor if the people wish. "I am applying as a candidate from the Greens for the people in Germany," said Habeck on the internet services Instagram and Youtube.
