Russia's President Vladimir Putin has reaffirmed his determination in the Ukraine war in a video message. According to him, "all set goals will be achieved". On the occasion of the second anniversary of the annexation of four Ukrainian regions, Putin stated that all military goals would be achieved. Putin reiterated that the reason for the invasion was to protect the Russian-speaking population in eastern Ukraine.
