The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution in Bavaria is allowed to observe the state association of the AfD. In a decision, the Administrative Court of Munich rejected a lawsuit against this. AFPTV has compiled which other federal states are being observed by the constitutional protection authorities as suspected cases of extremism.
