Turkey is once again putting the brakes on Sweden's accession to NATO. MPs from President Erdogan's ruling party express doubts about the extent to which Sweden has fulfilled its obligations. Without Turkey's consent, Hungary will also continue to block accession. Military expert Gerald Karner talks to PULS 24 Anchor Daniel Retschitzegger about the "troublemakers".
