Lavrov chairs UN meeting: exchange of blows on Ukraine war

In a UN Security Council meeting chaired by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Russia has been denounced for its invasion of Ukraine. UN Secretary General António Guterres condemned the invasion of Ukraine as a breach of international law and the UN Charter.
