Caribbean with a difference: Airplane spectacle on Maho Beach

Maho Beach on St. Maarten is located on the Dutch part of the island and is probably one of the best-known beaches. We visited the beach with the Caribbean expert Angie from Karibikscout.com and Zauberderkaribik.com...  A tourist attraction...but fortunately St. Maarten also has many other quiet places to offer that embody the real Caribbean feeling. Maho Beach is probably more for the high adrenaline level, the planes rush here actually only about 25 meters above the heads of the onlookers to the runway and set only about 160 meters further already on the runway.
