Hotel burnt down: Ten dead in Porto Alegre, Brazil

At a hotel fire in southern Brazil's Porto Alegre, ten people died on Friday. Eleven others were rescued from the flames and taken to the hospital. The budget hotel had a contract with the city administration for housing homeless people. According to the fire department, fire safety rules were not followed.
