The new MINI Cooper Convertible - The Interior - Minimalist, Open Ambience for Well-Being

The interior design of the new MINI Cooper Convertible focuses on reduced details and textile surfaces. This is part of the new design language "Charismatic Simplicity" of the entire MINI family with fewer components as well as clever design and high-quality workmanship. Three key elements structure the cockpit: a sporty steering wheel, the central OLED display, and the classic, redesigned toggle switch panel. Directly behind the steering wheel, a head-up display projects all relevant information into the driver's field of vision. As a result, the driver's side dashboard does not require an additional instrument panel and allows for an unobstructed view ahead, fitting the open driving pleasure. The textile surfaces in the cockpit are based on a newly developed knit material, creating an inviting atmosphere. The two-tone textile is made of recycled polyester and has an easy-care structure. Comfortable seats for the driver and front passenger enhance the modern and airy appearance of the clearly designed cockpit. Gray or black seats are available in a combination of synthetic leather and blue textile silhouette. The JCW sports seats are made of beige synthetic leather and Nightshade Blue color with contrasting accent seams. With selected JCW Trim, the sports seats are made of black synthetic leather with multicolored knit material in the shoulder area and red accent seams.
