So get to the ovens and quickly and easily conjure up something delicious before fasting starts again! What you need: 100 g soft butter 75 grams of sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar 1 pinch of salt 2 eggs 250 g flour 1 tbsp starch 3 tsp baking powder 80ml milk FOR THE CASTING 2-3 tbsp lemon juice (or water) 150g powdered sugar That's how it's done: Don't take butter out of the fridge!!! Beat soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy. add eggs. Mix flour with starch and baking powder Stir in alternately with the milk. Fill the batter into a piping bag with a large nozzle (approx. 12 mm). Spray even heaps (approx. Ø 6 cm) at a distance. Bake for 13-15 mins. Leave to cool on a cake rack. For the icing, mix the lemon juice with the icing sugar until a viscous mass has formed. Tint with food coloring if you like. Spread onto the smooth underside of the cooled American and garnish as you like. Enjoy your meal!
