Rebecca Hamilton: Too early to say if Russians carry out a genocide in Ukraine

Evidence of russian atrocities in Ukrainian towns such as Bucha, combined with the Kremiln rhetoric in Russian media suggesting the need for “de-Ukrainization”, have spurred the discussion around whether Russia is carrying out #genocide in Ukraine.
