Do Not Press This Button in Your Car During Winter

Most of us know how to clear the windshield of ice and defrost the windows in winter. But there is a setting you should not turn on in winter - the "Recirculation" button. The button shows an arrow that turns into a circle, essentially preventing outside air from entering the car. Instead, the air inside the vehicle is recirculated, which is useful when the air conditioning is on in summer. However, it should be turned off in winter as it serves no purpose and can even be harmful. Leaving the recirculation button on in winter traps moisture in your car. This can cause the windshield to fog up again while driving.
