Sentence without confession In mid-December last year, a 45-year-old man stabbed a 36-year-old woman several times in Burgfarrnbach, a district of Fürth. The woman died shortly afterwards in hospital. The prosecution demands 14 years in prison followed by preventive detention for manslaughter. Today, the verdict in the trial was passed.  14 years and 6 months imprisonment for manslaughter, that is the verdict in the trial against the 45-year-old man who is accused of stabbing to death a 36-year-old woman in Burgfarrnbach last year. The defendant hardly reacted noticeably when the verdict was announced. Also otherwise he was silent during the interrogations, as the judge said during the hearing. But also without confession the judgement fell today.  Review On 10.12.2021 it comes in the morning on the parking lot before the property to the deadly incident between the 36-Jährigen and the accused. In the process, he stabs the woman three times with a knife, causing life-threatening injuries. The 36-year-old subsequently seeks help from local residents, who notify the emergency services at around three-quarters of nine. The defendant flees. Already in November there had been an argument between the two, in which the woman was also injured and since then, according to her own statement, lived in fear. After the first incident, the 36-year-old obtained a prohibition of approach and contact. In today's trial, both incidents were adjudicated. The judge particularly emphasized the subsequent preventive detention. The defendant now has one week to challenge the verdict and appeal.
