The hybrid system in the Corolla Cross is available with 1.8 and 2.0-liter displacements, each with front-wheel drive, while the 2.0-liter engine is also offered with AWD-i intelligent all-wheel drive as an option. The 1.8-liter system benefits from a power increase of 15 percent or 23 hp to 103 kW/140 hp and enables acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 9.9 seconds. CO2 emissions in this variant are 112 to 121 g/km. The maximum system output of the 2.0-liter hybrid has increased by eight percent to 145 kW/197 hp. As a result, the Corolla Cross sprints from zero to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds (front-wheel drive) or 7.5 seconds (all-wheel drive). CO2 emissions range from 114 to 116 g/km in the front-wheel drive version and from 121 to 122 g/km in conjunction with all-wheel drive.
