Thousands of lifeguards missing in Germany's pools

In Germany's swimming pools, there are fewer and fewer lifeguards. According to the responsible Federal Association, there is currently a shortage of about 3000 lifeguards. Faced with an increasing number of non-swimmers, the association also insists that more young people learn to swim.
