Peterka scores: Sabres beat NHL leaders New York

Thanks in part to national ice hockey player John-Jason Peterka, the Buffalo Sabres have toppled the NHL leaders New York Rangers. The Sabres won 5:1 at Madison Square Garden, with Peterka scoring the important 1:0 goal in the twelfth minute. It was the runner-up's ninth goal of the season.
