Vigil | Groß-Enzersdorf fights for its emergency doctor

With the Health Plan 2040, the emergency doctor base in Groß-Enzersdorf is set to close on April 1, 2027. Instead of the emergency doctor, specially trained paramedics are to be dispatched, and air rescue is to be strengthened. Critics warn: One emergency doctor for around 110,000 people in the Gänserndorf district is too few, and many measures can only be taken by a doctor.
