Rescue interrupted as second part of Rome medieval tower collapses

Another part of Rome's medieval Torre dei Conti collapses during rescue operations after the first collapse during renovation work left one worker trapped under the rubble. Two other workers were taken to hospital and one was not injured. After more than an hour of searching and just as firefighters spotted the trapped worker, another section of the tower collapses, forcing them to retreat. The rescue operation is ongoing. IMAGES
