49-year-old Billy Joe Cagle was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Georgia on Monday after he allegedly threatened to open fire in a terminal. Cagle was reportedly suffering from a mental health crisis. He received numerous charges, including terroristic threats and criminal attempt to commit aggravated assault.
