Mexico: Road blocked after torrential and deadly rains
A backhoe passes by to clear the road in El Damo, Mexico, where flooding caused by torrential rains has killed at least 28 people in the country this week and caused enormous damage. El Damo is located in the state of Hidalgo (center), one of the worst affected areas with 16 deaths, 1,000 homes damaged, and 90 communities inaccessible to rescue services, according to local authorities.
