Baerbock: "No more reliability" at authorities in Mali and Niger

The Bundeswehr recently abandoned a base in Niger because the country is increasingly turning to Russia - the situation is similar in Mali. Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (Greens) justified this during a visit to the Ivory Coast with a lack of reliability of the local authorities.
