Following the death of Russian Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has announced that he wants to send a "message of support" to the opposition in Russia. Navalny's wife, Yulia Navalnaya, will take part in talks in Brussels on Monday.
